MONTHLY RECURRING DAY BOARDING
How does it work?

  • Pre-schedule Day Boarding schedule for the upcoming month or longer.

  • Minimum of one Day Boarding required to establish a Monthly Recurring Day Boarding Schedule.

  • Anyone with a Bark Support account can set up a Monthly Recurring Dog Walk schedule.
     

1. Monthly Reminder: Every Bark Support Family Member will receive an email reminder on the 20th of each month to review your Recurring Day Boarding schedule for the upcoming month. You’ll also have the option to set up, cancel, or edit your schedule.
 

2. Schedule Adjustment Period (20th-25th):

- Set up your Monthly Recurring Day Boarding Schedule.

- Partially or fully cancel any scheduled Recurring Day Boarding for the upcoming month or longer.

- Request additional recurring or non-recurring Day Boarding for the upcoming month or longer (under "Recurring Day Boarding Terms & Fees").

- Edit your existing Recurring Day Boardings as needed.
 

3. After 25th of each month:

- You can still request extra "On the Go" Occasional Day Boarding (Occasional Day Boarding Terms & Fees apply).

- You can adjust the duration or start/end time for your scheduled Recurring Day Boardings.

- Transferring Recurring Day Boarding date unfortunately is not possible.
- The Recurring Day Boarding schedule is locked in and billed. (exceptions may apply in the case of vet emergency).

- The Recurring Day Boarding will be covered 100%.

- A Day Boarding longer than 8 hours will be charged as a 6-Hour Day Boarding + 2-Hour Extra Boarding (maximum).​

- Cancellation Policy: Any booked day boarding service is subject to a minimum 50% charge, up to 100% (See Cancelling & Editing - Day Boardings Terms & Fees).

4. Day Boarding services are exclusively available to Bark Support Clients who have scheduled Dog Walks.
 

5. Billing methods and payment intervals will remain the same, as per Client's preference.

OCCASIONAL DAY BOARDING
How does it work?

  • Flexible, request Day Boarding "On The Go".

  • Anyone with a Bark Support account can request Occasional Day Boardings.

  • No minimum number of Day Boardings required, request as needed.

1. Request Occasional Day Boardings "On The Go".
- Occasional Day Boardings are subject to availability and may be guaranteed with 100% coverage!
 

2. Cancel or Edit:

- You can cancel or adjust the date, duration, and start/end times of the Occasional Day Boarding.
- An Occasional Day Boarding longer than 8 hours is charged as 6-Hours Day Boarding + 2-Hours Extra Boarding (maximum).
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations for "On The Go" day boarding are charged 50% - 100%. (See Cancelling & Editing - Day Boardings Terms & Fees) .
 

3. Day Boarding services are exclusively available to Bark Support Clients who have scheduled Dog Walks.

 

4. Billing methods and payment intervals will remain the same, as per Client's preference.​​​​

TERMS & ADD-ON FEES

Booking Monthly Recurring Day Boardings:

  • Recurring Day Boarding for the upcoming month (or longer) must be booked between the 20th and 25th of each month.

Booking Occasional "On The Go" Day Boardings:

  • Last minute Day Boarding (less than 24 hour) - $25

  • Same Day booking Day Boarding - $30
     

Cancelling & Editing - Day Boardings:​

  • Cancellation of Day Boardings - 50% from the Total Cost*

  • Last minute cancellation of Day Boarding (less than 24 hours): Full Charge*

  • Last minute modification of Day Boarding duration or start/end time (less than 24 hours) - $20

  • Modifying Recurring Day Boarding date - Not Available

  • Modifying Occasional Day Boarding Date - $25

  • Modifying Type of Service: $20
    *Exceptions may apply for vet emergency.

 

Add-Ons:

  • Boarding Pick Up - $12

  • Boarding Drop Off - $12

  • Boarding Extra 2+ Hours - $25

  • Second Pet Day Boarding - $26

  • Third Pet Day Boarding - $18

 

Mornings:

  • Very Early Morning Fee (7:00am - 7:59 am) - $12

  • Early Morning Fee (8:00am - 8:59 am) - $8
     

Evenings:

  • Night Fee (6:00pm - 7:59 pm) - $14

  • Late Night Fee (8:00pm - 8:59 pm) - $18

  • Very Late Night Fee (9:00pm and after) - $25

 

Weekends & Holidays:

  • Weekend Fee - $20

  • Major Holiday & Major Holiday Weekend - $25

  • Minor Holiday & Minor Holiday Weekend - $15

    • Major Holidays - New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

    • Minor Holidays - Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President's Day, Columbus Day, Indigenous Peoples Day, Juneteenth Day, and Veterans Day. (Days when banks and schools are closed)


Service Out of Area of Coverage - $45

Admin Assistance: 
Scheduling Assistance Processing Fee (including adding, canceling, or editing appointments) – $20
 

Client pick up and drop off at Bark Support HQ - Can be reserved at anytime, except between 12pm to 3pm.
