Step-by-Step Guide for Managing Your Pet's Appointments via PetCheck
This guide will help you Request, Schedule, Edit, and Cancel your pet care appointments in PetCheck.

Clients must use the PetCheck Software to request, cancel, adjust, and manage their pet’s schedule.
- Apple users: Download "PetCheck for Pet Owners" App
- Android users: Download "PetCheck for Pet Owners" App
- Website browser: Visit PetCheck Dashboard

PROCESSING FEES FOR NON-PETCHECK REQUESTS:
A $20 processing fee per appointment will be applied if we need to process your service requests on your behalf outside of PetCheck.

CONFIRMING YOUR PETCHECK REQUESTS:
After submitting a request via PetCheck, you can confirm details with us through other communication channels (care@barksupport.com / text 914.266.1226). We encourage you to include as detailed information as possible in the Comment Section. Note that significant adjustments may incur a processing fee.

ACCESSING PETCHECK:
- PetCheck is available as an App or through a web browser. You'll receive real-time notifications via the app and email.
- Login Information: Search for the email "Bark Support Account Login Info - PetCheck Technology."

STREAMLINING COMMUNICATION:
You don't need to check in with us before submitting a request - just go ahead and do it through PetCheck! We process requests as quickly as possible, typically within 24 hours. If there's anything we need to clarify or if we encounter any issues, we'll contact you right away.
2.1. How to Request Recurring or Occasional Dog Walks:
Steps to Request Dog Walks via PetCheck Technology App:

Login to PetCheck.

Pet: Select your Pet Name.

Service Name: Select the duration required.

Service Date: Select Date and Time

Frequency: Select One Time (occasional) or Recurring Weekly (recurring).

Select Days of the Week: If recurring, select the days.

End Date: Select the end date, if you want to end on a certain date, or keep it open.

Add-ons: Select anything you need to be covered such as Feeding, Give Kong, etc.

Comments: This is where you can always share important details such as; “return the dog to the crate, turn a light on, feeding before the walk, please report if there’s an accident at home, etc”.

2.2. How to Request Recurring or Occasional Day-Boarding
Steps to Request Day-Boarding via PetCheck Technology App:

Login to PetCheck.

Pet: Select your Pet Name.

Service Name: Select Boarding up to 3hr or Boarding up to 6hr

Service Date: Select Date and Time

Frequency: Select One Time (occasional) or Recurring Weekly (recurring).

Select Days of the Week: If recurring, select the days.

End Date: Select the end date, if you want to end on a certain date, or keep it open.

Add-ons: Select anything you need to be covered such as Pick Up, Drop Off (if you require pick up/drop off from home), Boarding - 2 (two) Extra Hours (if the boarding is over 6 hours), Early Morning (if it starts or ends before 9 a.m), Night Fee (if it starts or ends after 6 p.m), Feeding, Give Medication, Give Kong, etc.

Comments: This is where you can provide more details, such as pick up and drop off times if needed, feeding, medication, leave a light on at drop off, etc.
For clarity and to ensure we have all the necessary information, please provide detailed pickup and drop-off times at the start and end of boarding... Mention any required pickup and drop-off assistance by selecting the appropriate add-ons or in the comment section.

Example: Here are step-by-step instructions on how to book a Day Boarding on Thursday 7/25th, pick up at noon and drop off at 8pm, with lunch and dinner feeding for Dottie:
- Login to PetCheck
- Pet: Select Dottie.
- Service Name: Select Boarding up to 6-Hour.
- Service Date: Thursday, July 25th at 12pm.
- Frequency: Select Occasional.
- Optional Add-ons: Select Pick Up, Drop off, Feeding, Boarding - 2 Extra Hours.
- Comments: Add details here - “Please pick up Dottie at noon on Thurs 7/25th and drop off at 8pm. Please give her lunch at 1.30pm and dinner at 7.30pm before going home. Her food will be on the top shelf by the door. Thank you!”
2.3. How to Request a 24-Hour Boarding (One or more days)
Steps to Request 24h Boarding via PetCheck Technology App:

Login to PetCheck.

Pet: Select your Pet Name.

Service Name: Select 24h Boarding Care.

Service Date: Select the Date and Time.
-
Frequency: For longer service than one day please select Recurring Weekly. For a day of 24h Boarding please select One Time.

Select Days of the Week: If it's more than one day, select the days.

End Date: Select end date (the last day of the boarding period).

Add-ons: Select anything you need to be covered such as Pick Up, Drop Off (if you require pick up/drop off from home), Early Morning (if it starts or ends before 9 a.m), Night Fee (if it starts or ends after 6 p.m), Feeding, Give Medication, Weekend (if the boarding goes through the weekend), Kong, etc.

Comments: This is where you can provide detailed pickup and drop off times if required, feeding medication, crating, etc.

Once the 24-Hour Boarding request is approved you will receive an email confirmation.

Example: Here are step-by-step instructions on how to book for Thursday 7/25 noon to Sunday 7/28 8pm for Dottie :
- Login to PetCheck.
- Pet: Select Dottie.
- Service Name: Select 24h Boarding Care.
- Service Date: Thursday, July 25th at 12pm.
- Frequency: Select Recurring Weekly.
- Select Days of the Week: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
- End Date: Sunday, July 28th.
- Optional Add-ons: Select Feeding, Medication, Weekend, Pick Up, Drop off, etc.
- Comments: Add details here - “Please pick up Dottie at noon on Thurs 7/25th and drop off at 8pm on Sun 7/28th. Her food bag will be on the kitchen counter. Please give Dottie ½ pill of Gabapentin every morning with breakfast.”
2.4. How to Request Edit or Modification to a Scheduled Appointment:
Steps to Request Edit or Modification via PetCheck Technology App:

Login to PetCheck.

Click on the scheduled appointment you wish to edit.

Use the "Edit Appointment" option to modify, such as the type of service, duration, starting time, date, or any other details.

Comments: This is where you can leave a comment such as leave a light on, please feed my dog after the walk, I’ll be home, indicating you needed to make the edit, etc.

Submit: Click Submit after you made all the modifications needed for the appointment.

Once the Edit Request is approved you will receive an email confirmation. We'll contact you immediately if we need more flexibility.

2.5 How to Request Cancelation for a Scheduled Appointment:
Steps to Request Cancelation via PetCheck Technology App:

Log in to your PetCheck account.

Click on the scheduled appointment you wish to cancel.

At the bottom of the screen, click the "Cancel Appointment" button. This is available both on the app and via desktop login.

Once the Cancellation Request is approved you will receive an email confirmation.
