MONTHLY RECURRING DOG WALKS
How does it work?

  • Pre-book your dog walks for the upcoming month or longer.

  • Anyone with a Bark Support account can set up a Monthly Recurring Dog Walk schedule.

  • Minimum of one walk required to establish a Monthly Recurring Dog Walk Schedule.
     

1. Monthly Reminder: Every Bark Support Family Member will receive an email reminder on the 20th of each month to review your Monthly Recurring Dog Walks schedule for the upcoming month. You’ll also have the option to set up, cancel, or modify your schedule.
 

2. Schedule Adjustment Period (20th - 25th):

- Set up your Monthly Recurring/Pre-booked Dog Walk Schedule.

- Partially or fully cancel any scheduled Dog Walks for the upcoming month or longer.

- Request additional recurring or non-recurring Dog Walks for the upcoming month (Recurring Dog Walks Terms & Fees apply).

- Modify your existing Recurring Dog Walk schedule as needed.

3. After the 25th of each month:

- You can still request extra "On The Go" Occasional Dog Walks (Occasional Walks Terms & Fees apply)

- You can change the duration or start time of your scheduled Recurring Dog Walks.

- Transferring walks to different dates is not possible after the 25th.

- After the 25th, the Monthly Recurring Walk schedule is locked in and billed. (Exceptions may apply in the case of veterinary emergencies)

- Monthly Recurring Dog Walks are always 100% covered!!!

- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are charged between 75%-100%, depending on when it is requested (see Recurring Dog Walks Terms & Fees).
 

4. Billing methods and payment intervals will remain the same, as per Client's preference.

OCCASIONAL DOG WALKS
How does it work?

  • Flexible, request Dog Walks "On The Go".

  • Anyone with a Bark Support account can request Occasional Dog Walks.

  • No minimum number of Dog Walks required, request as needed.
     

1. Request Occasional Dog Walks "On The Go".
- Occasional Dog Walks are subject to availability and may be guaranteed with 100% coverage!

2. Cancel or Edit:
- You can cancel or edit the date, duration, and start time of the Occasional Walks (Occasional Walks Terms & Fees apply).

- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are charged between 35%-100%. (see Occasional Walks Terms & Fees).
 

3. Billing methods and payment intervals will remain the same, as per Client's preference.

TERMS & ADD-ON FEES

Booking Monthly Recurring Walks:

  • Recurring Dog Walks for the upcoming month (or longer) should be booked between the 20th and 25th of the current month.

Cancelling & Editing - Recurring Walks:

  • Cancellation of Recurring Dog Walk - 75% Charge*

  • Last minute cancellation of Recurring Walk (less than 24 hour) - Full Charge*

  • Modifying Dog Walk duration or start time on the same date - $18

  • Modifying Recurring Dog Walk date - Not available

  • Modifying Type of Service: $20
    *Exceptions may apply for vet emergency.

Booking Occasional "On The Go" Walks:

  • Last minute Dog Walk (less than 24 hour) - $20

  • Same Day Dog Walk - $25

Cancelling & Editing - Occasional Walks:

  • Cancellation of Occasional Dog Walks - 35% Charge*

  • Last minute cancellation of Occasional Dog Walk (less than 24 hour) - Full Charge*

  • Cancellation of Weekend Occasional Dog Walk - $30*

  • Last minute cancellation of Weekend Occasional Dog Walk (less than 24 hour) - Full charge*

  • Modifying walk duration or start time on the same date - $18

  • Modifying Occasional Dog Walk date - $15

  • Modifying Type of Service: $20

  • Very Early Morning Fee (7:00am - 7:59am) - $12

Evenings:

  • Night Fee (6:00pm - 7:59pm) - $14

  • Late Night Fee (8:00pm - 8:59pm) - $18

  • Very Late Night Fee (9:00pm and after) - $25

 

Weekends & Holidays:

  • Weekend Fee - $20

  • Major Holiday & Major Holiday Weekends - $25

  • Minor Holiday & Minor Holiday Weekends - $15

    • Major Holidays - New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

    • Minor Holidays - Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President's Day, Columbus Day, Indigenous Peoples Day, Juneteenth Day, and Veterans Day. (Days when banks and schools are closed)

 

Foster Support - FREE

Service Out of Area: $45 (subject to availability)

Scheduling Assistance Processing Fee (including adding, canceling, or editing appointments) – $20 per appointment.
