Per Day (24-Hour Block)

SLEEPOVER
How does it work?

  • Sleepovers offer a 24-hour or multi-day pet sitting with overnight care at your home, easily booked "On The Go."

  • Anyone with a Bark Support account can request a Sleepover.

  • No minimum days of Sleepover required, request as needed.

1. Request Occasional Sleepovers "On The Go".
 

2. Cancel or Edit: You can cancel or adjust the date, start and end time of the Sleepover.

- Sleepover request is subject to full availability.

- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations for booked Sleepovers are charged between 35% - 50%. 
- Modification Policy: Edits made on booked Sleepovers will incur some fees.

3. Sleepover service is exclusively for Bark Support Clients who also book walks with us.

4. Billing methods and payment intervals will remain the same, as per Client's preference.​

TERMS & ADD-ON FEES

Booking Sleepover:

  • Last minute Sleepover (booked less than 24 hour) - $25 / one time charge

  • Last minute Sleepover Daily Fee (booked less than 24h prior) - $10 per day

  • Same Day Booking of Sleepover - $30 / one time charge

  • Same Day Booking of Sleepover Daily Fee - $15 / per day
     

Cancelling & Editing - Sleepovers:

  • Cancellation of Sleepovers - 35% charge from the total cost*

  • Last minute cancellation (less than 24 hours): 50% charge from the total cost*

  • Last minute modifying Sleepover start/end times for same date (less than 24 hour) - $15

  • Modifying Sleepover duration or start/end dates - $30

  • Modifying Type of Service: $20
    *Exceptions may apply for vet emergency.
     

Add-Ons:

  • Second Pet Sleepover - $49

  • Third Pet Sleepover - $23


Mornings:

  • Very Early Morning Fee (7:00am - 7:59am) - $12

  • Early Morning Fee (8:00am - 8:59am) - $8


Evenings:

  • Night Fee (6:00pm - 7:59pm) - $14

  • Late Night Fee (8:00pm - 8:59pm) - $18

  • Very Late Night Fee (9:00pm and after) - $25
     

Weekends & Holidays:

  • Weekend Fee - $20

  • Major Holiday & Major Holiday Weekends - $25 
    - Major Holidays are New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, day after Christmas Day. This fee extends to the weekend before and or after the holiday, alongside the standard weekend fee.

  • Minor Holiday & Minor Holiday Weekends - $15
    - Minor Holidays are Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President's Day, Columbus Day, Indigenous Peoples Day, Juneteenth Day, and Veterans Day. (Days when banks and schools are closed) This fee extends to the weekend before and or after the holiday, alongside the standard weekend fee.


​Service Out of Area of Coverage - $45
 

Admin Assistance: 

Scheduling Assistance Processing Fee (for cancellations, requests, and edits) for Sleepovers - $20 per appointment.
