BARK SUPPORT - NEW FEES TERMS, AND POLICY

Dear Bark Support Friends and Family,


We hope you and your beloved furry friends are doing well and enjoying the start of this beautiful autumn season 🐶 ❤️ 🍃 🌞 🎶.

First off, thank you so much for your ongoing support, your cooperation with streamlining communication through our new channels 🙏 🐕 ❤️ 👣, and especially for embracing our Self-Service Scheduling System!  🙏 🙏 🙏 
 

We’d like to inform you about upcoming changes to our Service Fees, Terms & Conditions, and Add-On Fees, all designed to better serve you and your pets. 🐶 ❤️
 

These updates are necessary due to rising business costs, including insurance, software like Google Workspace, accounting, and much much more. Every single service and product we rely on has increased in cost since we last adjusted prices three years ago! To continue providing top-tier service, we also need to ensure that our team is well-compensated and motivated, as their hard work is at the heart of what we do. With rent, groceries (looking at you, Wholefoods, Key Food, Wegmans.. Mr. Coco!), and everything else getting more expensive, these updates will help us maintain the quality of care you expect for your pets while motivating & supporting our team as best as we can.
 

Changes to our Terms & Conditions, including updates to our Add-On Services, are designed to bring more order to our schedule with minimal effort on your part. With the recent improvements like new communication channels and our self-service scheduling system, we’re confident that these updates will allow us to focus even more on the quality of care  . By streamlining operations, we can continue enhancing safety, handling, and care for the diverse breeds, personalities, and unique pets we’re lucky to work with every day.

Effective Date: These changes will come into effect starting October 1st, 2024.
 

What do you need to do? Expect an email on the 20th of each month, reminding you to review your upcoming schedule of dog walks or day boardings. This will give you the chance to set up, modify, or confirm your recurring or non-recurring schedules for the upcoming month, all while ensuring better rates and improved scheduling. This will allow us to focus more on providing the highest quality care for your pets and spend less time on admin tasks, creating a truly valuable experience for all.
 

The benefits should be clear: a laser focus on our work with pets, an even higher standard of service through work with our team of Pet Care Associates, and a better overall experience. We’re confident that this will offset any inconvenience and ensure your pets receive the best possible care.

BARK SUPPORT - COMMUNICATION CHANNELS & SELF-SERVICE REQUESTS VIA PETCHECK

Dear Bark Support Friends and Family,
 

We hope you and your beloved furry friends are doing well and enjoying the summer so far.

We are incredibly excited to share some wonderful updates with you! Thanks to your continued support, we’ve significantly improved our administrative process and client communication. We’re thrilled to announce important updates to our communication channels and self-service scheduling via PetCheck.
 

Our new self-service system through PetCheck allows you to easily request, cancel, adjust, and manage your pet’s schedule. We kindly ask all Clients to start using PetCheck for all scheduling needs. 
 

Additionally, we’ve updated our communication channels to make it easier for you to share your needs and any other information regarding your pets. We are immensely grateful for your patience and for your cooperation as we transition to these new systems.
 

Your support has been and now will be even more crucial in helping us enhance our services and focus more on what matters most: the well-being of your beloved pets and the quality of our services! We are now able to invest most of our resources into improving our safety system and work with our team members to understand diverse behaviors while supporting different personalities in the best possible way. This shift allows us to spend less time on scheduling-related communication and more time giving your pets the love and care they deserve.

    We will consolidate our communication channels to ensure a more efficient and reliable service. From now on, please use the following contact information for all your needs.

    All appointment requests must be processed through PetCheck Technology using your account. This platform allows for easy and efficient scheduling right at your fingertips!

SELF-SERVICE REQUESTS VIA PETCHECK


Effective Monday, September 2nd, all Bark Support Clients must use the PetCheck to fully manage their pet's schedule. This includes putting in appointment requests, canceling, and adjusting existing appointments.

Important Note:
 

  1. SELF-SERVICE VIA PETCHECK
    Clients must use the PetCheck Software to request, cancel, adjust, and manage their pet’s schedule.
     

  2. ADDITIONAL SCHEDULING/PROCESSING FEE:
    Scheduling requests made through communication channels and not using PetCheck will incur a processing fee per appointment starting Monday, September 2nd, 2024. This fee will apply to any service requests we handle on the Client's behalf.
     

  3. CONFIRMING YOUR PETCHECK REQUESTS:
    You may confirm the details with us via communication channels after you submit a service request via PetCheck. However, a processing fee may apply if significant adjustments are needed.
     

  4. ACCESSING PETCHECK:
    PetCheck is available as an App or through its Website browser.
    Account Login Information: search "Bark Support Account Login Info - PetCheck Technology" in your email inbox.

     

  5. STREAMLINING COMMUNICATIONS:
    You don't have to check in with us before submitting any request - just go ahead and do it through PetCheck and any important details in the comments. We process requests as quickly as possible, typically within 24 hours. If there's anything we need to clarify or if we encounter any issues, we'll contact you immediately.
