PET VISIT
How does it work?

  • A Pet Visit encompasses all of your pet's companion's care and essential requirement at home, book "On The Go".

  • Any one with a Bark Support Account can request Pet Visits.

  • No minimum days of Pet Visit required.

1. Request Occasional Pet Visits "On The Go".
 

2. Cancel or Edit: You can cancel or edit the date, start and end time of the Pet Visits.
-- Pet Visits request can be requested at any time although we have limited availability between 12pm - 3pm.

3. Billing methods and payment intervals will remain the same, as per Client's preference.

Comprehensive Care:

Each pet visit covers all essential needs, including feeding, fresh water refill, treats, hygiene maintenance, and plenty of engaging interactions.
 

Additional Services: Depending on the type of pet and its needs, we can also clean the pet's living space, feeding area, handle visible mess if possible, and administer medication as needed.
 

Flexible Appointment Window: We provide a 3-hour appointment time window for visits. However there is a very limited availability between 12pm - 3pm.
 

Punctuality Guaranteed: All visits are completed within the scheduled time window.
 

Bark Support Safety System: For added security, our safety protocols ensure peace of mind.
 

Check-In/Check-Out Alerts: Receive notifications when our team arrives and departs from your home.
 

Visual Updates: Our visit notes include three pictures, giving you a clear view of your pet's visit.
 

Respect for Routines: We honor your pet's preferences, habits, routines, rituals, and engagement.

Special Instructions: We carefully accommodate and execute any specific instructions.
 

Property Care: We take pride in providing exceptional care for your home during our visits.
 

Mail & Package Pickup: Available upon request.
 

Plant Care: Available upon request.
 

Timely Communication: We prioritize prompt communication, especially for time-sensitive matters.

Set up a regular schedule or request appointments as needed for maximum convenience.

TERMS & ADD-ON FEES

Last Minute Booking - Pet Visit:​

  • Last Minute Booking of Pet Visit (less than 24 hour) - $20

  • Same Day Booking of Pet Visit - $25
     

Cancelling & Editing - Pet Visit:​

  • Cancellation of booked Pet Visit: 50% Charge*

  • Last minute cancellation of Pet Visit (less than 24 hour) - Full charge*

  • Last minute change of start time on the same date (less than 24 hours) - $18

  • Modifying Pet Visit date: $20
    *Exceptions may apply for vet emergency.
     

Mornings:

  • Early Morning Fee (7:00am - 7:59am): $12

  • Morning Fee (8:00am - 8:59am): $8
     

Evenings:

  • Night Fee (6:00pm - 7:59pm): $14

  • Late Night Fee (8:00pm - 8:59pm): $18

  • Very Late Night Fee (9:00pm and later): $25
     

Weekends & Holidays:

  • Weekend Fee: $20

  • Major Holiday & Major Holiday Weekends: $25

  • Minor Holiday & Minor Holiday Weekends: $15

    • Major Holidays - New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

    • Minor Holidays - Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President's Day, Columbus Day, Indigenous Peoples Day, Juneteenth Day, and Veterans Day. (Days when banks and schools are closed)
       

Additional Support:

  • Foster Support: FREE

  • Service Out of Area Coverage - $45 (subject to availability)
     

Admin Assistance:

Scheduling Assistance Processing Fee (including adding, canceling, or editing appointments) - $20.

Pet Visit Time Window: Clients can schedule anytime, though availability is very limited between 12 PM and 3 PM.

  • Limited availability in the middle of the day due to dog walking schedule but we will consider if scheduled medication must occur around that time window.

  • Early A.M pet visits - as early as 7 am.

  • Evening pet visits - starting at 6 pm and onwards.

  • 365 Days open and available for your pet's support and love!
