Reminders

​APPOINTMENT TIME WINDOWS:
  • Dog walk appointments are scheduled within a 1.5 hour window.
    For example, a 1:30 pm appointment will occur between 1:30 pm and 3:00 pm. We may arrive up to 15 minutes early and aim to complete the walk within one hour.

     
  • Cat Visit appointments are scheduled within a 3 hour window.
    For example, a 9:00 am appointment will occur between 9:00 am and 12:00 pm. Please specify if you need the visit at a specific time due to medication or other needs. Note that visits between 12:00 pm and 3:00 pm are subject to availability.
 
LAST MINUTE REQUESTS AND CANCELLATION
  • Last Minute Appointment Requests:
    Please request appointments through Pet Check. We will approve requests if we have availability and will contact you immediately if we cannot accommodate. A last-minute fee applies to same-day requests and requests made after 6:00 pm for next-day appointments. For further details, click

  • Last Minute Cancellation/Adjustment:
    Clients can now request cancellations directly in Pet Check. Follow the images below for instructions on canceling a scheduled appointment. A fee applies to same-day cancellations and cancellations made after 6:00 pm for next-day appointments. For further details, click here.
     
  • How to Cancel or Adjust Appointments in the Pet Check App:
  1. Log into your Pet Check app.

  2. Select the scheduled appointment you wish to cancel.

  3. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click "Cancel Appointment."

  4. This option is also available on the desktop browser. Refer to the images below for step-by-step instructions on canceling or adjusting an appointment.


ADD-ONS SERVICE CUSTOM REQUESTS
 

  • Add-Ons Services and Custom Requests:
    If you require extra care for your pet, such as feeding, medication, or specific tasks (e.g., leaving lights on, closing doors), please include these details in the "My Comments" section in Pet Check, or contact us via email or text. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

     
  • Work from Home (WFH) Guidelines:
    To respect your WFH space and minimize disruptions, we may not cover additional tasks like refreshing water bowls, kong, or feeding if someone is at home. If you need these services, please let us know. Your productivity is our priority!

     
  • Early A.M Walk Appointments - Between 7am to 9 am.
    Can be accommodated based on availability.

     
  • Evening Walk Appointments - From 6 pm and onwards.
    Can be accommodated based on availability.

APP UPDATES

Hello, Bark Support Clients,
 

If you've been encountering issues with the PetCheck App, don't worry; you're not alone. PetCheck is in the midst of a significant upgrade, which started last year and continues with frequent software updates. We understand that these technical hiccups can be frustrating, and we occasionally experience them as well. To ensure you stay in the loop with your pet's activities and access all your reports through the app, we recommend the following steps:
 

  1. Uninstall and Reinstall: Please uninstall and then reinstall the PetCheck for Owners app on your mobile phone.
     

  2. Desktop Access: If you continue to experience problems on the mobile app, you can also access your account through a desktop browser using the same login email and password.
     

If these steps don't resolve your issues, or if you face any difficulties in scheduling appointments, please reach out to us via email, phone, or text, and we'll be more than happy to assist you.
