REMINDERS

​APPOINTMENT TIME WINDOWS:
  • Dog Walk appointments are scheduled within a 1.5 hour window.
    For example, a 1:30 pm appointment will start between 1:30 pm and 3:00 pm. We may arrive up to 15 minutes early and aim to start the walk within 1 hour.

     
  • Cat & Other Pet Visit appointments are scheduled within a 3 hour window.
    For example, a 9:00 am appointment will start between 9:00 am and 12:00 pm. Please specify if you need the visit at a specific time due to medication or other needs. Note that a Cat Visit between 12:00 pm and 3:00 pm are subject to availability.
 
LAST MINUTE REQUESTS AND CANCELLATION
  • Last Minute Appointment Requests:
    Please make all requests through PetCheck, and you don’t need to worry about checking availability with us directly. We’ll confirm your request immediately if we have the availability and will get in touch right away if we need more flexibility. Just a note—additional charges will apply for last-minute requests.   • Cancellations/Adjustments:
    Please request any cancellations/adjustment through PetCheck. Just a heads-up, there are additional fees for these changes. Go to Service & Fees page, choose your service type to see the policy and terms.
     
  • Schedule Management Assistance Fee
    Clients are encourage to use PetCheck to request, cancel, adjust, and manage their pet’s schedule. A $20 processing fee per appointment will apply to any service requests/adjustment we handle on the Client's behalf.

SERVICE ADD-ONS AND CUSTOM REQUESTS
 
  • Add-Ons and Custom Requests:
    If your pet needs extra care—like feeding, medication, or special tasks such as leaving lights on or closing doors—please let us know in the "Comments section" in PetCheck when you book your appointment, or contact us via email or text. We’ll do our best to accommodate your requests!

     
  • Work from Home (WFH) Guidelines:
    To respect your workspace at home and avoid disruptions, we may not cover tasks like refreshing water bowls or feeding if someone is home. If you need these services, just let us know—we’re here to help and your productivity is our priority!

     
  • Early A.M Walk Appointments - 7:00 - 8:59 am:
    We can accommodate these appointments based on availability.

     
  • Evening Walk Appointments - 6:00 pm onwards:
    We can accommodate these appointments based on availability.

APP UPDATES

Hello Bark Support Clients! 
 

If you've been running into issues with the PetCheck app, you're not alone! PetCheck is undergoing a major upgrade, which has been ongoing since last year, with frequent updates along the way. We know these technical bumps can be frustrating, and we occasionally experience them too.

To make sure you stay up-to-date with your pet's adventures and can access your reports, here are some steps to try:
 

Uninstall and Reinstall: If the app is acting up, simply uninstall and reinstall the PetCheck for Owners app on your phone. It often does the trick!
 

Desktop Access: If the mobile app is still giving you trouble, you can access your account on a desktop browser using the same login email and password. Go to PetCheck's Website
