In the Pet Check portal, you will be able to access your account info, see your pet's schedule, request service appointments, see completed & detailed appointment notes (start/end times, photos, & GPS map), leave specific instructions for the appointments, and more ...


  • 1.5 Hours Time Window for Dog Walk Appointments.
    Ex: A 1:30 pm walk appointment is in the 1:30 pm - 3 pm window. We may also arrive 15 minutes earlier and always try to not exceed 1 hour.

  • 3 Hours Time Window for Cat Visit Appointments.
    Ex: A 9:00 am cat visit appointment is in the 9 am - 12pm time window. Please specify if you need the visit to be at a specific time during the day.
     Also, a Cat Visit will not happen between 12 pm - 3 pm.

  • Last Minute/Same Day Appointment Requests:
    We will always give our best to accommodate last-minute requests. In the event we cannot or need  more flexibility, we'll promptly reach out to you. Please note that a fee applies to same-day appointment requests and requests made after 6 pm for next-day appointments. See f

  • Last Minute/Same Day Appointment Cancellation:
    If you need to cancel a service on short notice, please reach out to us via email/phone/text. A last-minute cancellation made after 6 pm the day prior or on the same day will incur a cancellation fee. See further details 

    Ways to cancel or adjust the appointments:
    1) Text us at 914.266.1226 or email at
    2) Add a comment in My Comments section in PetCheck for the day(s) you want to cancel/adjust.

    We will process cancellation requests ASAP! Sorry for the inconvenience but you will not be able to cancel/adjust in PetCheck once it has been approved by us.

  • Add-Ons Services and Custom Requests:
    If you require extra care for your pet, such as feeding, medication, or specific tasks (e.g., leaving lights on, closing doors), please include these details in the My Comments section on PetCheck, or get in touch with us through email/phone/text. We're here to accommodate your needs.

  • Post COVID-19 WFH (Work from Home) Guidelines:
    To respect your work-from-home (WFH) space and minimize disruptions, we may not cover additional tasks like refreshing water bowls or feeding if there is somebody at home. If you need these services, please let us know. Your productivity is our priority!

  • Early A.M walk appointments - between 7am to 9 am.
    Can be accommodated based on availability.

  • Evening walk appointments - starting at 6 pm and onwards.
    Can be accommodated based on availability.

Hello, Bark Support Clients,

If you've been encountering issues with the PetCheck App, don't worry; you're not alone. PetCheck is in the midst of a significant upgrade, which started last year and continues with frequent software updates. We understand that these technical hiccups can be frustrating, and we occasionally experience them as well. To ensure you stay in the loop with your pet's activities and access all your reports through the app, we recommend the following steps:

  1. Uninstall and Reinstall: Please uninstall and then reinstall the PetCheck for Owners app on your mobile phone.

  2. Desktop Access: If you continue to experience problems on the mobile app, you can also access your account through a desktop browser using the same login email and password.

If these steps don't resolve your issues, or if you face any difficulties in scheduling appointments, please reach out to us via email, phone, or text, and we'll be more than happy to assist you.
