Reminders

  • 1.5 Hours Time Window for Dog Walk Appointments.
    Ex: A 1:30pm walk appointment is in the 130pm - 3pm window. We may also arrive a little earlier and we always try to not exceed 1 hour.

     
  • 3 Hours Time Window for Cat Visit Appointments.
    Ex: A 9:00am cat visit appointment is in the 9am - 12pm time window. We may also arrive a little earlier and we always try to not exceed 2 hours.

     
  • Last Minute/Same Day Appointment Requests:
    Requests can be accommodated based on availability. We will contact you immediately if we are unable to cover it or need flexibility on your end. A fee will apply to requests for a same-day walk appointment and requests made after 6pm for the next-day walk appointment. See details

     
  • Last Minute/Same Day Appointment Cancellation:
    A fee will apply to requests for a same-day appointment cancellation and requests made after 6pm for the next-day walk appointment. If we arrived at your place and your pet is not home or cancellation was needed but we did not get a notice prior to arrival, the service appointment will be fully charged. Please request a service cancellation by email/call/text. See details

     
  • Add-Ons and Special Requests:
    If you need feeding, medication, or something specific to be covered during your pet's service appointment, simply add your comments in the Customer Comments section in PetCheck or let us know via email/call/text.

     
  • Covid-19 Safety Measures:
    As a precaution, we may not cover other post-walk care such as refreshing water bowls or feeding to minimize interaction indoors if there are people in the house.
     
  • Early A.M walk appointments - as early as 7 am.
    Can be accommodated based on availability.

     
  • Evening walk appointments - starting at 6 pm and onwards.
    Can be accommodated based on availability.

     
  • 365 Days open and available for pet support & love!
     
  • Bark Support's Covid-19 protocols will be observed during all service appointments.

Hi Bark Support Clients,

If you are actively using the PetCheck App and find that it's not working properly, it is because PetCheck is still processing their big upgrade from the end of last year and are consistently updating their software. We are fully aware of the technical difficulties and we are still experiencing it on our end too, unfortunately!

We highly recommend that you do the following to ensure you are up to date with your pet's activities and be able to see all reports via the app.
 
Please uninstall the current app on your mobile phone and reinstall PetCheck for Owners. 

You should also be able to access your account on PetCheck via a desktop browser.

 

If you still have trouble scheduling appointments, please contact us by email/call/text so we can assist you.
