24-HOUR BOARDING
How does it work?

  • 24-Hour Boardings is an overnight, or multi-day overnight stays at Bark Support HQ, booked "On The Go".

  • Anyone with a Bark Support account can request 24-Hour Boardings.

  • No minimum days of 24-Hour Boardings required, request as needed.

1. Request a 24-Hour Boardings as needed or "On The Go".
 

2. Cancel or Edit: You can cancel or adjust the date, start and end time of the 24-Hour Boarding after booking.

-- 24-Hour Boarding request is subject to full availability.

- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations for booked 24-Hour Boarding are charged 35% - 50% (see "Cancelling & Editing - 24-Hour Boardings").
- Modification Policy: See further details in "Cancelling & Editing - 24-Hour Boardings".
 

3. 24-Hour Boarding service is exclusively for Bark Support clients who also book walks with us! Exception may apply to references from existing Bark Support Clients.

 

4. Billing methods and payment intervals will remain the same, as per Client's preference.

TERMS & ADD-ON FEES

Booking 24-Hour Boardings:

  • Last minute 24-Hour Boarding (booked less than 24 hour) - $25

  • Last minute 24-Hour Boarding Daily Fee (booked less than 24 hour) - $10 per day

  • Same Day Booking of 24-Hour Boarding - $30 / one time charge

  • Same Day Booking of 24-Hour Boarding Daily Fee - $15 / per day

 

Cancelling & Editing - 24-Hour Boardings:

  • Cancellation of 24-Hour Boarding - 35% charge from the total cost*

  • Last minute cancellation (less than 24 hours): 50% charge from the total cost*

  • Last minute modifying 24-Hour Boarding start/end times for same date (less than 24 hour) - $15

  • Modifying 24-Hour Boarding duration or start/end dates - $30

  • Modifying Type of Service: $20
    *Exceptions may apply for vet emergency.

 

Add-On's:

  • Boarding Pick Up - $12

  • Boarding Drop Off - $12

  • Second Pet 24-Hour Boarding - $49

  • Third Pet 24-Hour Boarding - $23


Mornings:

  • Very Early Morning Fee (7:00am - 7:59 am) - $12

  • Early Morning Fee (8:00am - 8:59 am) - $8


Evenings:

  • Night Fee (6:00am - 7:59 pm) - $14

  • Late Night Fee (8:00am - 8:59 pm) - $18

  • Very Late Night Fee (9:00pm and after) - $25

 

Weekends & Holidays:

  • Weekend Fee - $20

  • Major Holiday & Major Holiday Weekend - $25

  • Minor Holiday & Minor Holiday Weekend - $15

    • Major Holidays - New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

    • Minor Holidays - Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President's Day, Columbus Day, Indigenous Peoples Day, Juneteenth Day, and Veterans Day. (Days when banks and schools are closed)
       

Service Out of Area of Coverage - $45

 

Admin Assistance:

Scheduling Assistance Processing Fee (for cancellations, requests, and edits) for 24-Hour Sleepover - $20

Client pick up and drop off at Bark Support HQ - Can be reserved at anytime, except between 12pm to 3pm.
